CİNAYƏT TÖRƏTMİŞ YETKİNLİK YAŞINA ÇATMAYANLARIN PSİXOLOJİ XÜSUSİYYƏTLƏRİ

The article examines the reasons behind juvenile delinquency, their psychological characteristics, and the social factors influencing their behavior. Statistical data indicate that in recent years, the number of crimes committed by juveniles in Azerbaijan has increased, with a significant rise in the proportion of serious offenses. The article highlights factors such as family environment, psychological issues, social influences, and legal illiteracy as key contributors to juvenile crime. Adolescents’ emotional instability, strong need for self-affirmation, and susceptibility to social influences increase their tendency to commit offenses. The author emphasizes the importance of proper upbringing in families and schools, as well as the implementation of socio-psychological measures to prevent juvenile delinquency. The article examines the motives for juvenile criminal behavior. Preventive measures include psychological work with at-risk juveniles, encouraging their participation in education and sports, improving family environments, and increasing legal awareness.
