The article examines the comparison of the epic Manas and the epic Korkut Ata within the discipline of Manas Studies at medical universities where foreign students study in English. At the International Higher School of Medicine, Manas Studies was introduced as a compulsory discipline in 2019. International students take the Manas course in English, with a weekly lecture and practical session held together. In medical universities, including the International Higher School of Medicine, the primary goal of Manas Studies is to shape future doctors while fostering their personal and professional development. This is achieved through the typological comparison of world epics, including Korkut Ata, highlighting their values and unique contributions to global artistic culture.
