In this study, the increasing importance and effects of the Middle Corridor, which is the safest and shortest trade route between Asia and Europe, have been analyzed, especially with the transformation experienced in Eurasia as a result of the developments in global and regional politics, especially the Second Karabakh War, and the importance of a multilateral transportation policy that will cover various countries, especially Turkey and Azerbaijan, have been mentioned. In this context, the historical dimension of Zangezur and its importance in the east-west corridor have been revealed. In addition, the geo-economic and geo-strategic advantages of the Zangezur Corridor, which will provide the greatest integration momentum for the Turkic World after the Soviet period, have been examined, and the opportunities, threats and possible risks regionally and globally have been examined, and the common security integration target, steps and requirements of the Turkic States have been revealed.
