Absract. It’s clear that a person cannot understand the entire real world with which he comes into contact, as well as all its objects, beings and notions. He perceives only those units of reality that attract his attention. According to the Theory of Linguo-Psychological Unity, as a result of the initial contact with a unit of reality, an incomplete intellect code is formed in the human brain, consisting of 2 elements. This initial unit of perception and thinking is represented as a frame. A person is a social being and wants to communicate or talk to other people about everything he perceives. In order to be able to talk about a unit of reality, first, a name must be given to that unit of reality. This name is included in the 2-element incomplete code of the unit of reality, and as a result this code becomes a 4-element complete intellect code. The creation of the complete intellect code is considered the beginning of the stage of transforming a frame into a concept. When a person learns words related to a second and subsequent language, these words enter into complete intellect codes. As a result, most of the complete intellect codes stored in people’s memory become extended intellect codes. All complete and extended intellect codes have the potential to become concepts.
