ÖZBEKİSTAN’DAKİ EDEBÎ VE AKADEMİK ESERLERE ERİŞİMDE KARŞILAŞILAN ZORLUKLAR ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Access to literary and academic resources in Uzbekistan, an integral part of the Turkic World, poses many challenges for scholars interested in this field. Our paper focuses on the low digitization rate, difficulties in establishing effective cooperation with academic institutions, and structural problems related to the distribution of existing resources in the heart of Turkestan, the home of Nevâyî. Suggestions for solutions to these problems are presented and the necessity of national and international cooperation to preserve and develop the common heritage of the Turkic World is emphasized. The studies of researchers who cannot access literary and academic works are limited and have the potential to harm this unity, which has moved to another dimension with the Organization of Turkic States. In order to prevent this situation, the solution of the issue should be recognized as a strategic necessity for the entire Turkic World. The problems encountered in accessing literary and academic resources in Uzbekistan, which is an integral part of the Turkic World, pose many difficulties for scholars interested in this field.
