Özet

In this article, I have considered the grounds for the use of compulsory medical measures. The article presents the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. What Constitutional rights and freedoms may be violated by persons undergoing compulsory medical treatment? What problems arise with the prolonged use of compulsory medical measures and suggested solutions.

Tibbi xarakterli məcburi tədbirlərin uzun müddət tətbiqi zamanı hansı problemlər yaranır kimi suallara cavablar axtarılır və onların həlli yolları təklif olunur.
